WineDiva's Review

Savoury, spicy, unique.
Bizou + Yukon are two Great Pyrenees that like to wander and keep guard over the vineyards owned by Okanagan Crush Pad. They sleep in a large custom made abode settled in the vines and they take turns watching over the winery's different plots of land. They snooze by day and patrol at night watching over the lawn mowers (aka sheep).
This blend of Merlot, Cab Sauv and Cab Franc is spicy and savoury dominated by bacon fat wild red berries, smoked paprika, green bell peppers and a hint of pumpkin. The palate is smooth a tad salty with peppery spices, green olives, red berries and cocoa. A unique bottle, good for holiday dinners or succulent dishes.
